Location: Mettawa, IL

Salary Range: $73.16/hr

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Project/Financial management
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience including project management, portfolio management, strategic planning, and KPI development reporting
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with project and portfolio management processes and tools
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionality and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• 5 years of experience in project portfolio management
• Project and Portfolio Management tool experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and GxP
• Experience with SAP financial modules
• PMP certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Responsible for the BComFi BTS Portfolio and alignment of Strategic Management Plans
• Accountable for the successful execution/delivery of the portfolio programs and projects by coordinating multi-discipline cross-functional teams
• Ensure effective and consistent intake management processes
• Support long-range planning (LRP) and capital planning activities for the BComFi BTS organization
• Maintain a balanced scorecard to illustrate and monitor performance through relevant KPIs
