Project ManagerPay Range: $50/hour to $70/hour Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support ACA Marketplace implementation initiatives, with a strong focus on operational readiness and business process execution. This role will lead system and line-of-business implementation projects, ensuring alignment between technology, operations, and regulatory requirements within a healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate brings experience in health plan operations, including enrollment, claims, and member-facing platforms, and has successfully delivered complex implementation projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for ACA Marketplace implementation initiatives
Drive operational readiness, including development and alignment of policies, procedures, and workflows
Manage system and application implementations (non-infrastructure focused)
Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, compliance, and business stakeholders
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
Identify risks and issues, and drive resolution strategies
Support integration of marketplace systems, enrollment processes, and member services workflows
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and marketplace requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior project management role
Experience leading system or application implementation projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
