Position Overview: - An experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale, global Palo Alto Prisma Access migration.
- This individual will partner closely with the Program Manager provided by Evolving Solutions and will be responsible for driving the day-to-day coordination and execution of the project.
- Strong project management experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure initiatives and is comfortable working with multiple vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- While this is not a hands-on engineering role, candidates should possess enough networking knowledge to effectively communicate with technical resources and understand project dependencies.
- Highly organized Project Manager who can effectively coordinate technical resources across multiple organizations while keeping a complex network infrastructure project on schedule.
- They have a program manager already aligned, PM should be comfortable working alongside network engineers and security teams, understand the terminology and dependencies associated with enterprise networking projects, and excel at driving execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
- They need someone who understands network infrastructure, has experience with enterprise infrastructure projects, and can coordinate multiple vendors Company, Palo Alto, and Evolving Solutions) They're not expected to be a network engineer.
- Experienced infrastructure PM than someone with deep Prisma Access expertise, so we can keep Palo Alto/Prisma experience as a preferred qualification rather than a requirement.
Responsibilities: - Partner with the Program Manager to execute a global Prisma Access migration.
- Coordinate activities across Company, Palo Alto Networks, Evolving Solutions, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive projects to completion.
- Track risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate implementation activities with network engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Ensure communication between technical and business teams remains clear and consistent.
- Escalate issues appropriately and proactively remove project roadblocks.
- Support multiple concurrent workstreams throughout the migration lifecycle.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, security, or cloud networking projects.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, or network security technologies.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience supporting Palo Alto Networks or Prisma Access projects.
- Experience working on global enterprise infrastructure deployments.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple implementation partners.
Pay Rate: $32.00-$35.00/Hour
