Lead end-to-end project management activities for workplace services, EUC migrations, and cloud infrastructure integration.
Oversee the migration and integration of workplace productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitLab).
Partner with technology teams and service providers to manage transition of cloud operations and IT infrastructure services to new delivery models.
Drive comprehensive risk identification and mitigation plans, ensuring proactive issue management and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate governance, stakeholder reporting, and progress updates for senior leadership and CTO organization.
Ensure effective coordination across multiple internal and external teams to manage dependencies and align with broader business goals.
Manage project financials, tracking timelines and deliverables against aggressive end-of-year deadlines.
Establish and maintain standard project documentation, status reports, and action tracking.
