Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow and Radar to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile Project Management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with Apple s environment or projects will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management activities for initiatives involving ServiceNow and Radar platforms.
Drive Agile project delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define deliverables.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and updates to senior leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of total professional experience with a strong focus on IT Project Management.
Proven experience working with ServiceNow and Radar platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
Experience in technology integration and process automation projects.
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
