Project Manager- Wet Utilities

A well-established heavy civil contractor in the Indianapolis area is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. They have a strong backlog of local work, a great reputation, and are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field just as much as they do in the office.

If you have experience with water, sewer, and wastewater projects and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to talk with you.

Duties:

• Manage underground utility projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Keep projects on schedule and running efficiently
• Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors

Experience:

• 2–3+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with underground wet utilities, including water, sewer, and wastewater projects
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, budgeting, and scheduling
• Field knowledge with the ability to solve problems and keep projects moving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• No college degree required—experience is what matters most
