Description
- Direct industrial construction projects up to $75M.
- Coordinate preconstruction efforts.
- Manage schedules and budgets.
- Develop bid packages and negotiate contracts.
- Review estimates and project scopes.
- Monitor field productivity and costs.
- Collaborate with superintendents and owners.
- Manage procurement and long-lead materials.
- Track change orders and project forecasts.
- Lead client meetings and reporting.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
Profile
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with large-scale warehouse or distribution center construction.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.
