Halff has a potential hybrid position open for a Water and Wastewater Project Manager. This position presents a tremendous opportunity for responsibility and growth. Position located in Fayetteville, AR OR Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Relocation bonus provided for qualified candidates.

 What you will do:   

  • Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications 
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues,   
  • Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and  Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice 
  • Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts. 

What you will need:  

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible; preferably in Biological, Civil, or Environmental Engineering)
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in the Water and Wastewater industry: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines
  • Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolutions of issues
  • Ability to generate scopes of work, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice
  • Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts
  • Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater is a plus
