Jefferson is seeking Project Manager to support a federal project.

This role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements in a combined role as the working Team Lead/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions both within the company and with the client.
  • Approve and monitor timecards, resolving any issues related to invoicing or reporting.
  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assign staff to project tasks and deliverables based on skills, experience, and project needs.
  • Oversee and administer the Quality Assurance Program and Quality Control Plan.
  • Contribute to the delivery and execution of high-quality work products.
  • Review documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor, coach, and support employees to foster professional growth and successful performance.
  • Building a knowledge base of each client''s business, organization, and objectives
  • Managing day-to-day client interaction
  • Setting and managing client expectations
  • Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in executing and managing projects. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience managing acquisition lifecycle related programs
  • A deep understanding of federal contracting and experience executing cradle to grave acquisition management lifecycles to include acquisition program support and requirements package development
  • Experience developing and delivering acquisition lifecycle training
  • Adept with Microsoft Office suite/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Lists, Visio, Teams, PowerPlatform) and ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools.
  • Experience with process documentation, business process re-engineering, process improvement costing, cost benefit analysis, return on investment analysis, data tracking/reporting/visualization, low-code solution development/management, etc.
