    Description

    The Project Manager/Contract Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for the Department of Labor's Job Corps Health and Wellness Support Program. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and will be responsible for successful contract execution, staffing, quality assurance, performance management, and coordination of multidisciplinary health and wellness support services across approximately 121 Job Corps Centers nationwide.

    Primary Responsibilities

    ·       Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

    ·       Provide overall program leadership and contract management.

    ·       Direct multidisciplinary teams supporting medical, mental health, nursing, and substance abuse services.

    ·       Manage project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

    ·       Develop strategic plans to improve program effectiveness.

    ·       Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    ·       Support policy development and program analysis.

    ·       Monitor contract performance metrics.

    ·       Coordinate recurring meetings with Government stakeholders.

    ·       Ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables.

    ·       Oversee quality control activities and corrective actions.

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from an accredited institution.

    ·       Minimum 10 years managing residential healthcare, behavioural health, educational, or youth residential programs of similar size and complexity.

    ·       Experience managing Federal contracts preferred.

    ·       Experience with strategic planning.

    ·       Experience leading continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    ·       Experience with policy development and analysis.

    ·       Experience with healthcare or behavioural health data management.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
