Veteran owned general contractor is seeking a project manager to lead healthcare and municipal construction projects, while growing with the company for the long-term. Description

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation while ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Monitor project costs, forecast financial performance, approve invoices, and implement cost-control strategies to maximize project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, municipal, and commercial building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes.
  • Lead project teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring field personnel, mitigating risks, and driving successful on-time, on-budget project completion.

Profile

  • 4+ Years of commercial construction experience
  • Track record of leading commercial, healthcare, industrial, or public construction projects
  • Projects valued at $1M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing skillset and ability to foster both new and existing client relationships

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 dependent on qualifications
  • 20% bonus target
  • $425/month car allowance + company provided gas card
