Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager with manufacturing and engineering experience to lead global project execution and drive standardized processes across complex customer programs.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working cross-functionally with engineering teams, and want to influence global project delivery-this role is for you. Onsite or Remote option

Pay: $60/hr up to $70/hr

What You'll Do

• Own global project control activities, ensuring consistent execution and standardized processes
• Lead end-to-end project delivery-scope, schedule, and execution for engineering-driven customer programs
• Serve as the technical project leader, partnering with engineering, sourcing, proposal, and customer teams
• Drive customer satisfaction by aligning deliverables to expectations and business objectives
• Manage and develop project teams, including staffing, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee complex manufacturing projects involving interdependent production cycles
• Provide analytical and technical leadership to solve challenges and optimize outcomes
• Partner across functions to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
• Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree is required

• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing and engineering environment

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams

• Strong background in project controls, scheduling, and execution

• Ability to navigate complex technical challenges with sound judgment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with process improvement and operational execution

• Prior people management experience is a plus
