Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projectsOversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performanceLead project planning, procurement, and cost control effortsMaintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contactCoordinate with internal teams, architects, and engineers to drive project successEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresProvide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholdersFor the Project Manager role, we are seeking:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionProven experience delivering ground-up projects within the $10M-$30M rangeExposure to sectors such as light industrial, education, office, or retailStrong knowledge of construction management processes and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectivelyExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership capabilityWhat's on Offer:Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000Company vehicle and gas cardComprehensive healthcare benefitsPaid time offLong-term career progression with a stable and growing contractorOpportunity to manage diverse, high-value commercial projects
