Day in the Life: Project Managers are
the operational leaders of our Firm. PMs meet with clients, bid
projects, compose project documents, and lead the project team. A PM
is responsible for knowing all our products and services and helping
guide the client to their dream outcome throughout the whole project
and ensuring quality work is performed.
<\/p>
Job duties:
<\/p>
Be the front face
of AHI, and provide high -quality customer care to all clients;
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Meet clients in the
field to discuss projects, take specs/pictures, and prepare
proposal documents;
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain constant contact with
clients over an ongoing project;
<\/p><\/li>
Manage/oversee ongoing
projects working directly with other employees
and contractors;
<\/p><\/li>
Participate in ongoing market
research as directed;
<\/p><\/li>
Respond to leads;
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Prepare basic
weekly and monthly reports;
<\/p><\/li>
Understand and promote
various company services;
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare and submit materials list
for orders;
<\/p><\/li>
Assist with maintaining client
records with company software;
<\/p><\/li>
Effectively communicate
with supervisor and working crews.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Driver’s License;
<\/p><\/li>
3+ years field
experience in drywall, electric, framing, plumbing,
or remodeling;
<\/p><\/li>
3+ years in project management;
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
3+ years
experience in sales (preferred);
<\/p><\/li>
Experience in using a computer and
Office Products.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
