Summary:
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of customer projects from project award through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, coordinating material sourcing, logistics, and billing to deliver seamless project execution.
Reports to: National Accounts Inside Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
+ Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
+ Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Essential Job Functions:
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal CED team members to ensure clear communication and accountability.
+ Review submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure material compliance.
+ Monitor order status, change orders, and delivery schedules, proactively resolving issues.
+ Support the sales team in maintaining accurate pricing and job costing.
+ Ensure all documentation, invoicing, and closeout requirements are completed accurately.
+ Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to support team and company objectives.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $55000 hourly.
