Project ManagerCoordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites. Proactively manage risks and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (strongly preferred). Experience managing large Industrial or Manufacturing construction projects. 5+ years of progressive project management experience with a General Contractor. Proficiency with project management software. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Competitive salary range from $140,000 to $170,000 USD.
