Description

Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:

  • Lead construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and project reporting.
  • Support project planning efforts for large-scale commercial developments across healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, government, and commercial sectors.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding office with an established and growing backlog of work.
  • Help deliver technically complex projects typically ranging from $50M to $100M+ in value.

Profile

Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Raleigh should have:

  • 5-10+ years of construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience is required.
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Healthcare, higher education, or life sciences project experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with strong commercial construction backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Experience working for established regional or national general contractors.
  • Local Raleigh market experience is strongly preferred; relocation candidates may be considered.
  • Demonstrated history of career stability and long-term tenure with previous employers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, client management, and project delivery skills.
  • Multifamily construction experience alone will not be considered.
  • Experience exclusively with small, local contractors is not preferred.
