Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - RaleighProject Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:Lead construction projects from planning and preconstruction through closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project performance.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.Oversee contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and project reporting.Support project planning efforts for large-scale commercial developments across healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, government, and commercial sectors.Contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding office with an established and growing backlog of work.Help deliver technically complex projects typically ranging from $50M to $100M+ in value.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
