Description
The Project Manager-Top 400 ENR / Family Owned GC-Triad will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Leading internal project teams and maintaining communication across stakeholders
Driving quality control and risk management
Maintaining a strong customer-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle
This is not a project-type specific hire. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across multiple asset classes rather than being limited strictly to one specialty (e.g., multifamily only).
