Project Manager - Technical Services (I&E)

Job Title: I&E Project Manager

Schedule: 5/2 (On call work may be required)

Work Location: Gray, Louisiana

Manages specific activities related to operations and development of Instrumentation and Electrical projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Managing all aspects of instrumentation and electrical projects, from conception to completion.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Monitoring project progress, performance and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Providing regular updates and reports to customer on project status and milestones.

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on instrumentation and electrical systems.
• 10+ years of I&E Field Experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in using Microsoft.
