The scope of the proposed services will include the following:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

LOS Audits & Project Support<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/div>
This position will focus on financial review/improvement and specialty project support:<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion Project (C2C) milestones are met statewide.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Conduct comprehensive network and voice service and billing audits to ensure accuracy.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Develop and deliver training to new and existing NCS staff on communications billing audit procedures and compliance standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Lead and train NCS staff on complex, specialty VoIP service implementations, including HELD Protocol migrations to modernize emergency location services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>Mandatory.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
Minimum of 15 years’ experience with telecommunications technologies.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Advanced understanding of telecom vendors, available services, and project management workflows.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Extensive knowledge of Centrex, and other AT&T service offerings, including infrastructure, features and billing processes.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Direct experience delivering telecommunications services to State governments with an in -depth understanding of their unique network/telecom needs.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Experience leading financial and billing audits, with a focus on reconciling invoices, identifying billing errors, and quantifying cost savings.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Extensive VoIP service implementation experience, including knowledge of network infrastructure requirements.
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
In -depth knowledge of E911 regulations, best practices, and technologies, including network foundations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/li>
Resources must reside within the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area to support possible onsite needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
