This position supports the supply chain organization by assisting in the implementation of projects focused on increasing distribution capacity, enhancing productivity, reducing expense, maximizing throughput and improving workplace safety. This role manages the activities for the planning, design, integration, and implementation of supply chain projects to ensure that project goals are met.
Plan, design, and document the needs, concepts, and benefits of assigned supply chain projects. Perform due diligence on each project to ensure accuracy of costs assumptions, capacity assumptions, and timing assumptions.
Manage the acquisition and implementation of assigned supply chain projects using appropriate project management tools to plan, develop, and coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and deliver quantifiable results. Communicate project status to management and all concerned parties. Support and develop standard operating procedures as required.
Participate in testing new concepts to improve the flow and setup in the distribution centers. Support capital projects when required with work sampling, cost justification (Return on Investment), and cost/benefit analyses.

Work effectively with internal and external resources (consultants and contractors) to ensure collaborative partnerships to meet business requirements
Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00

Individual pay decisions will be based on a variety of factors, such as but not limited to, qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00
