Description

The Project Manager - Strong Pharma Project Pipeline - Raleigh will be responsible for:

  • Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final closeout, ensuring quality and success at every phase

  • Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones and deadlines are consistently met

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly

  • Deliver exceptional client service, earning trust and positive feedback through strong communication and results

  • Foster and maintain lasting relationships with both internal team members and external partners

Profile

The Project Manager - Strong Pharma Project Pipeline - Raleigh should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor

  • Proven track record managing ground-up healthcare construction projects

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred

  • Proficient with project management software (experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of industry practices, processes, and standards and how they influence project success

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Business-minded with a professional demeanor; represents the company with integrity at all levels

  • Raleigh-area candidates preferred, but open to relocation for the right individual

5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered
