Description

The Project Manager - Strong Construction Pipeline - Greenville will be responsible for:

    • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
    • Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.
    • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
    • Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout activities.

Profile

The Project Manager - Strong Construction Pipeline - Greenville should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
    • Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large-scale commercial construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project delivery.
