Description
Lead multiple commercial construction projects through every phase of the project lifecycle.
Develop project execution strategies that align with schedule, budget, and client goals.
Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.
Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
Build strong partnerships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Anticipate project risks and proactively implement solutions before they impact performance.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with transparency and professionalism.
Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to the development of future project leaders.
Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and drive repeat business.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
Proven ability to independently manage projects valued at $10M+ from award through closeout.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing projects in healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, corporate, hospitality, or other commercial sectors.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across project teams and with clients.
Job Offer
Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000
Vehicle Allowance: $850/month
