We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee public sector construction projects from award through completion while maintaining compliance with agency requirements and contract specifications.

A respected heavy civil and infrastructure contractor specializing in municipal, transportation, water treatment, public works, and roadway improvement projects throughout Illinois.
Description
- Manage municipal and infrastructure construction projects.
- Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
- Administer public contracts and documentation.
- Work closely with agency representatives.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Track project costs and forecasting.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Lead owner meetings and progress reporting.
- Process change orders and claims.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Support project closeout activities.
Profile
- 5+ years of civil or infrastructure construction experience.
- Knowledge of IDOT, municipal, or public agency projects.
- Strong contract administration experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
