Responsibilities:
Lead weekly meetings with Project Team members to review cost and schedule risks and opportunities, and identify action plans for mitigation.
Drive specific mitigation efforts for cost and schedule risks with respective functional owners, setting up ad-hoc meetings to solve complex issues and escalating when leadership support is needed.
Support PM & CM with risk action plans and updates, and incorporate cost and schedule variance output into the PM’s Daily Management reviews.
Assist Cost & Schedule Core Team members in coordinating Commitment Meetings to discuss baseline, targets, forecasts, and risks with the Project Team and supporting functions.
