Description

• • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and the field team
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, coordination, and change management
  • Drive project documentation, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld and safety practices are followed
  • Foster strong relationships built on trust, communication, and accountability

Profile

• • 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
  • Background in commercial, education, light industrial, or healthcare sectors
  • Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage complex schedules
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
  • Proficient with project management software and construction technologies
  • Local to the Savannah region or willing to operate daily within a 60‑mile radius
