    Description

    We're partnering with a civil construction firm to conduct a search for a Project Manager. If you have experience managing complex construction projects and are looking to join a company that values quality and client relationships, this could be a great opportunity.

    Position Details:

    Title: Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager

    Location: Regional projects within company market (travel to job sites required)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to specification
    • Lead project planning, scheduling (CPM), financial management, billing, forecasting, and cost control
    • Supervise project staff including Superintendents, Foremen, and craft workers
    • Act as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
    • Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety standards
    • Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and negotiations
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and administrative compliance
    • Actively participate in business development and client relationship management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 3+ years of experience managing construction projects

    • Strong project financial management and cost control skills

    • Knowledge of construction contracts, law, and industry best practices

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Estimating software

    • Ability to travel regionally and conduct physical site inspections
