    This position is a day-shift position, Monday-Friday, from 2:30 p.m. 11 p.m. Competitive hourly pay, overtime available, plus quarterly bonus opportunities!

    • Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up
    • Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified
    • Refers to drawings, sketches, manuals, books, charts, military specifications and process sheets.
    • Ensures specification conformance of product, process and workmanship and documents findings on personal computers and/or other data acquisition devices as required.
    • Conduct all programming as required
    • Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met
    • Perform all necessary machine maintenance
    • Follow safety standards at all times
    • Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately
    • Keep all work areas clean and organized
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
    • Must be capable of working with tools range from various sizes and types of horizontal and vertical boring mills, boring bars, clamps, fixtures, angle plates, CNC equipment perishable tooling, chucks, dies, grinders, sanders and various hand tools (i.e. wrenches, pliers, etc.), measuring and test equipment (i.e. Versa and height gauges), personal computer and/or other data acquisition devices (i.e. bar-coding and datamyte).
    • Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater
    • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
    • Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and physical examination.

Danieli is looking for Hydraulics & Lubrication Maintenance Technician to work in Apple Grove, West Virginia. The Hydraulics & Lubrication Maintenance Technician must be committed to their own personal safety as well as the safety of others around them. Hydraulics & Lubrication Maintenance Technician are required to install, inspect, repair, replace, adjust, and maintain all hydraulic and lubrication systems and components on mechanical equipment, in a producing unit assembly or assigned areas.

    Hydraulics & Lubrication Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of tasks to ensure machinery and equipment are properly assembled, setup, and ready for operation.

    Some of the main tasks include:

    • Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards always.
    • Installs, maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies
    • Applies fluid power theory and related knowledge to install, test and troubleshoot operational industrial hydraulic systems and applications
    • Performs inspections of hydraulic systems, components, and piping
    • Able to supervise system installations, maintenance, and commissioning
    • Recommends modifications to circuit and components to improve performance and reliability
    • Troubleshoots, adjusts, and helps maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
    • Repairs leaks in hydraulic systems. Removes and installs complete operating components, such as cylinders, oil motors, four-way valves, check valves, etc., and makes necessary repairs to same.
    • Changes, sets up, and adjusts equipment as required by the operation conditions
    • Utilizes all required computer systems for planning, executing, and reporting
    • Utilizes mechanical and electronic diagnostic equipment, computer equipment, and/or a variety of precision instruments as necessary
    • Performs other duties and work assignments as required and directed

    Skills:

    • Safety conscious, self-motivated, proficient communication skills, exceptional work ethic and strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Hydraulic Fluid Power practices
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Practices
    • Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance techniques and analysis
    • Knowledge of Fluid Sampling and Tribology
    • Decipher hydraulic diagrams / schematics, as these are used routinely to assemble components and troubleshoot system issues.
    • Accurately interpret readings from meters, temperature gauges and pressure gauges
    • Able to competently handle a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
    • Being reliable, responsible, and committed to fulfilling obligations.
    • Adapts approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • At least 5 years of experience in Hydraulic Fluid Power field
    • Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Formal Hydraulic Fluid Power Training
    • Hydraulic Fluid Power Certification
    • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment with the ability to read and understand hydraulic and mechanical drawings as well as P&ID's

    Maintenance experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in a steelmaking plant with arc furnace, casting, or rolling maintenance experience

    Must be able to pass a background and drugscreen.

    Job Brief description:

    The Project Manager - A&C is responsible for supporting site personnel by managing logistical arrangements-including travel, lodging, and transportation-preparing the site for project execution, and assisting in cost tracking. This role ensures operational efficiency and contributes to the successful delivery of the project.

    Tasks and Day-to-Day activities in the role:.

    • Project Management & Cost Tracking:

    • Support the Project Manager in monitoring and reporting project costs.

    • Track logistics-related expenses and site setup costs.

    • Maintain accurate records of expenditures and assist in budget forecasting.

    • Non Conformity Reports management

    • Support of material requests (urgent supplies) coming from sites, dealing with local suppliers when it cannot be done directly from site or by parent company

    • dentify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement activities.

    • Site Preparation:

    • Assist in setting up site infrastructure such as temporary offices, utilities, and safety signage (when needed).

    • Coordinate the set up of lodging arrangements and agreements with services suppliers.

    • Ensure site readiness for each phase of the project and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    • Logistics Support:

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for site personnel, including flights, ground transportation, and visa support.

    • Manage lodging bookings and ensure accommodations meet company standards and project requirements.

    • Organize daily transportation for staff and subcontractors to and from the site.

    • Maintain a centralized travel and accommodation schedule aligned with project timelines.

    Skills and Must Have's:

    • High school technical degree, Bachelor/Master Degree
    • Experience 3 years in the type of activity (project coordination, logistics, or site operations)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with project management and cost tracking tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
