    In this position, you will be:

    Planning and coordinating multiple NPI projects from initiation to completion with changing

    priorities.

    Facilitating and leading agile processes/ ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning,

    sprint reviews, retrospectives.

    Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to determine project goals, project scope,

    and deliverables, ensuring that they align with business objectives.

    Managing and prioritizing product backlog by working closely with the product owner.

    Supporting the development team in many ways, such as removing obstacles and bottlenecks

    that delay progress, resources balancing as needed, and escalating serious issues, as

    necessary.

    Monitoring project progress and providing timely updates on project status to stakeholders using

    agile metrics and visual management tools.

    Promoting a culture of collaboration, self-efficiency, and continuous improvement to foster agile

    teams.

    Applying agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development,

    adapting the methodologies as needed.

    Acting as a servant-leader by coaching and mentoring team members and fostering a positive

    agile environment.

    Experience with software tools such as repository management, Jira etc.

    Continuous learning - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best

    practices in embedded development.

    YOU HAVE:

    Academic background in bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or

    equivalent. (Must have)

    10+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience. Preferred in Mechanical

    Design team.

    Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an agile project manager or a similar role in project

    management or program management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful

    project delivery using agile/waterfall/hybrid methods.

    Strong understanding of the R&D Mechanical/electrical design and the project lifecycle

    Recognized agile certifications, such as [Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) and

    Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)], are valued to demonstrate a commitment to continuous

    learning.
