Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating installation schedules on construction sites, working with general contractors and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Engineering, Dealers/Installers, and Customers. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, including warranty claims, technical assistance, and service-related troubleshooting. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer installation schedules.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and timelines with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and gather documentation for submittals and respond to related inquiries.

- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting or working within a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.

- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
