Major Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Managing Salesforce implementation and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud execution
    <\/li>
  • Manage new and existing clients in the implementation of Salesforce and Service Cloud platform and serves as the technical solution strategist or business analyst.
    <\/li>
  • Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes and client technical environments.
    <\/li>
  • Leads discovery, service or solution design sessions and develops key artifacts including, but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation.
    <\/li>
  • The Solutions Implementation Consultant provides software training during and after the implementation process to achieve desired high -quality client service results.
    <\/li>
  • Will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
    <\/li>
  • Focuses on details and aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP), and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the company’s CVP.

  • Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, or Salesforce implementation.
      <\/li>
    • 4+ years of work experience in implementing or supporting Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Services software is required.
      <\/li>
    • 2+ years directing program activities to meet client and work objectives and have served clients (vendor side) to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
      <\/li>
    • Using Windows -based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
      <\/li>
    • Work experience with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus.
      <\/li>
    • Self -motivated, adaptable, learning agile, and a problem solver.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work on diverse, cross -cultural teams.
      <\/li>
    • Working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
