Summary:

• The purpose of this role is to provide experienced project leadership for the Maxit implementation, coordinating business, technology, data, and vendor workstreams.

• The Project Manager ensures alignment across stakeholders, drives risk and issue resolution, and enables a smooth transition to production for cost basis processing and reporting.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Maxit Cost Basis implementation

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

• Coordinate closely with the Maxit vendor on deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution

• Oversee system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases

• Manage cutover planning, production readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization

• Prepare and deliver governance updates, status reports, and executive communications

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Extensive experience managing complex financial systems implementations

• Proven experience leading vendor‑driven implementations in regulated environments

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery controls

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Prior experience with cost basis platform(s)

• Experience supporting cost basis, tax reporting, or securities operations initiatives

• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification

• Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments

• Exposure to regulatory reporting, audits, or tax operations controls
