Job Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with ownership, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage projects from preconstruction through completion

Participate in preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, scope review, and subcontractor buyout

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports

Coordinate with superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans

Lead subcontractor meetings and manage subcontractor performance

Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and engineers

Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation

Support project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

Hands-on preconstruction experience (estimating, budgeting, scope review, or buyout)

Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficiency with construction software (Procore experience preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
