Project Manager - Retail, Office & Hospitality

Seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role blends scheduling, estimating, and financial ownership while collaborating across teams and clients.

Description

• Manage projects end-to-end, including budgets and schedules
• Lead project planning using Microsoft Project and construction tools
• Oversee estimating and cost control responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Travel to job sites 3-4 times per month as needed

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5-7+ years in GC project management
• Experience with ground-up and renovation/TI projects
• Background in retail, office, or hospitality projects
• Strong estimating and financial management skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
