Description

  • Lead end-to-end retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities across multiple retail locations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety compliance, and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance to ensure projects meet all local building codes and brand standards.
  • Manage client and executive communications by providing accurate project updates, risk assessments, and milestone reporting.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs while maintaining construction quality and timelines.
  • Drive successful store openings by coordinating punch-list completion, fixture installation, turnover activities, and final occupancy approvals.

Profile

  • 3+ years leading commercial or retail construction projects
  • Track record of leading builds valued at $1M+
  • Experience/familiarity with preconstruction concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, based on experience
  • 15 Days PTO + 7 Company Holidays
