Looking for: Project Manager for Growing, Busy Exteriors Company!
We are Four Leaf Roofing and Windows and our exteriors business is growing fast.
If you’re the team member we’re looking for, you love being a project manager and being part of a team! You have strong communication, client management, and financial skills and love a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be friendly, communicative, creative and organized. You’ll have high standards and be described as an excellent multitasker, detail-oriented, curious and a reliable team player, yet able to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
You’ll be responsible for four major roles with Four Leaf Roofing and Windows at our New Berlin based office:
• Project management – managing our clients from start to finish for roofing, siding and window replacements
• Project Estimating- Meeting with salespeople, suppliers, and sub contractors to help to verify pricing for our projects
• Client Cultivation – helping to communicate with new clients and maintain relationships with clients during projects
• Team Support – helping the team on quarterly and annual goals
You’ll need to be well presented, trustworthy, have a growth mindset and love to create success for yourself and others. You’ll have a strong command of the English language (both written and verbal), a strong phone and personal presence, and be comfortable with office technology (CRM and smart phones).
Knowledge of the construction industry and a background in roofing, siding, windows, and/or remodeling is preferred. You’ll be eager to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve well above average results – and have fun!
