About the Role:
Join Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Austin as a Project Manager - Renovation/Reconstruction, where you'll lead exciting renovation/reconstruction projects in the vibrant Austin area. Be a crucial part of our dynamic team, driving quality and efficiency in every restoration endeavor.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee renovation and reconstruction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Implement best practices for project management and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the renovation or construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
