Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction, validation, and financial management activities while ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and proactively communicate risks to ensure timely mitigation.
Manage project financials, including daily spend tracking and long-term budget forecasting.
Collaborate with construction and site teams to ensure quality execution of facility fit-out and project deliverables.
Partner with QA teams to develop and implement validation and transfer processes.
Lead team coordination and ensure smooth execution by addressing delays and maintaining project momentum.
Support strategic planning and align project activities with long-term business goals and site objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (manufacturing/medical device background preferred).
6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, financial planning, and risk mitigation with the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (construction, QA, operations) to drive validation, implementation, and successful project delivery.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour
