Project Manager - Raleigh - Large Scale Commercial Projects

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Raleigh market. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects, lead project teams, and play a key role in delivering complex, high-quality builds.

Description

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee up to two projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Direct and mentor Project Engineers and/or Assistant Project Managers assigned to each project.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, contracts, and risk management activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.
• Maintain strong communication and reporting with leadership and project stakeholders.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M+.
• Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.
