Oversee commercial and retail construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any potential issues.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
