Description

    • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects.
    • Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.
    • Contribute to the successful delivery of technically complex projects across healthcare, higher education, life sciences, aviation, industrial, government, and commercial markets.
    • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management activities.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and repeat business.
    • Participate in preconstruction and project execution efforts for upcoming major developments.
    • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.
    • Work closely with leadership in a highly collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have.

    • Experience in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, laboratory, aviation, industrial, government, or institutional construction projects.
    • Experience on large-scale projects valued at $50M-$100M+.
    • Background working for a general contractor or construction management firm.
