The Mission
Are you a strategic orchestrator who thrives at the intersection of design and delivery? We aren't looking for a "task-tracker"—we are looking for a Project Manager who can master communication, navigate complex architectural and engineering landscapes, and turn a blueprint into a legacy.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between vision and reality, leading high-stakes projects across multiple offices and ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence.
The Impact You'll Make
- Architectural & Civil Engineering Excellence: Take the helm of primary architectural and secondary engineering projects, steering them from initial concept to ribbon-cutting.
- Strategic Leadership: You won't just manage timelines; you'll manage relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision.
- Business Intelligence: Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities. You'll use your "Diagnostic-First" mindset to spot organizational needs and turn them into project roadmaps.
- The Hub of Communication: Acting as the central nervous system for our project teams, you'll ensure seamless collaboration across multiple offices and diverse disciplines.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 8-10+ years of proven success in project management, specifically within the A/E/C industry.
- The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree is required; if you have an MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, LEED, or similar), that's a major plus.
- The Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with modern project management tools and know how to use data to drive decisions.
- The Hustle: You are highly motivated, thrive under pressure, and can pivot when project demands shift.
Why Join Us?
We value a culture that is "perfectly imperfect"—meaning we prioritize authentic connections, grit, and the human element of design over cold corporate perfection. If you want a role where your voice is heard and your contribution actually shapes the skyline, we want to talk to you.
