Description
- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final close‑out
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Profile
- Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Background managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
- Ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency with construction management software and documentation processes
