Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage all aspects of education and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Lead procurement efforts, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule and budget risks. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations. Facilitate owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Support project reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking. Proven experience managing education, municipal, public-sector, or institutional construction projects. Experience managing project financials, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and government entities.
