Description
- Oversee project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage public bid processes and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
- Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with public funding regulations and documentation
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
Profile
- 5+ years experience managing public or municipal projects
- Experience with ground-up construction
- Strong understanding of public bid and compliance requirements
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Experience managing large subcontractor teams
