Office-based Project Manager role overseeing 2-3 small commercial projects concurrently.Full lifecycle responsibility with strong ownership from preconstruction through closeout. Client Details A well-established commercial general contractor with headquarters in the Northeast and a newly expanded presence in South Florida. The firm focuses on $1M-$10M commercial projects, with a growing footprint in municipal and mixed-use work across Broward and Palm Beach counties. Description • Manage 2-3 projects valued at $1M-$3M simultaneously * Lead projects from award through closeout with full accountability * Handle buyout, contracts, change orders, and pay applications * Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and municipal stakeholders * Use Procore to manage documentation, schedules, and cost control Profile • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction * Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight * Experience across public and private sector projects * Strong knowledge of Procore or similar construction software * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Job Offer • Salary range: $110k-$150k base * Car allowance, health benefits, and performance bonus * Office-based role in Delray Beach with local site travel only MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
