Job Title- Project Manager - Product Supply Operations
Location- St Louis, MO/Remote

Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support digital manufacturing and operations initiatives within the Product Supply organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects related to manufacturing, warehouse, and operational systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations or manufacturing-related projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and a general understanding of warehouse floor and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and closure
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, IT, and vendors
  • Track KPIs, risks, issues, and project performance metrics
  • Provide weekly status updates and communicate project progress to leadership
  • Support system implementations and operational go-lives
  • Maintain project documentation and portfolio management updates

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience (5+ preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or operations environments
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information:

  • Preferred location: St. Louis (onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday)
  • Remote candidates will be considered
  • Travel required once per month, up to 50% during project go-lives
  • Consumer Goods industry experience preferred
