We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Manager to join our vibrant team in the Construction industry. This position offers an incredible opportunity to lead and manage various construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Management, Budgeting, Contract Management, and Time Management. This role demands a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the field. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management including project conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
3. Effectively managing project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
4. Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
5. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
6. Identifying and managing potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
7. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed about project progress.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
9. Conducting regular project review meetings and preparing status reports.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
4. Strong skills in budgeting, contract management, and time management.
5. Excellent ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
6. Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Proficient in project management software.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. A valid certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) would be a plus.
